GRILLED LOBSTERS

Ingredients for 6-8 people:

- 30 lobsters
- 2 cloves of mince garlic
- 1/2 glass of olive oil
- mince parsley
- salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cut the nippers of lobsters, shell the tails, wash anddry with a tea cloth. Put them to marinare for 1 hourin the oil, salt and pepper. Warm the grill good andwhen it's red-hot, clean it with a paper for bread.Pour lobster from oil, put them on the spit and on thegrill to low-fire. Let cook for 20 minutes, and browngood every side. Ready and hot, put them on acourse-dish, dressing with raw-oil, garlic, minceparsley and garnish with cloves of lemon.
