Ingredients :
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 mozzarellas
- ½ cup of virgin olive oil
- salt
- basil
- oregano
Preparation:
Take
some tomatoes of the right size and ripening, wash them carefully, wipe them dry
and shine them. Cut them along the length so to keep the bottom joined. Open
them fanlike and with the help of the blade of a knife space them out, then put
a slice of fresh mozzarella between each piece. Otherwise you can slice
mozzarella and tomatoes and
alternate them on a big plate with a flowery
pattern. Season your dish with oil, sweet-smelling oregano and garnish
the whole with green leaves of basil.
