LIMONCELLO

Ingredients:

- 1 litre of ethyl alcohol 

- Peels of 1 kilo of lemons 

- 500 grams of sugar

- 1 litre of water 

Preparation:

Put the lemon peels in a litre of ethyl alcohol and leave macerate for eight days. Filter the alcohol and blend it with the sugar melted before in a litre of cold water. Shake the mixture, pour it into bottles and keep in the freezer. Very good digestive, serve it ice-cold.
