Ingredients per four persons:
-The pezzogna (the typical fish of Capri)
-Tomato
-Parsley
-Chili
-A portion of onion
-A clove of garlic
-Salt
-A glass of water
-A half glass of white wine
Preparation:
Introduce the local fish in a pot with all the
ingredients and let it cook about fifteen minutes under the cover, into slow
fire.
