Ingredientes
for four people:

1/2 Kg peeled tomatoes
- a little olive oil
- two garlic gloves
- salt
- basil
- origan
- hot pepper
- parsley
Preparation:
Put
the olive oil with the garlic and the hot pepper into a pan.
Cook
the garlic until it is golden, then add the peeled tomatoes, a little
origan, basil and salt. Cook for twenty minutes.
As
soon as the pasta is cooked al dente, pour the tomato sauce on it, tossed it in the pan and add
a head of fresh parsley.
