glass of Strega liquor

Preparation:
Mix
butter and sugar in a bowl until mixture is fluffy and creamy, then add
egg yolks. Add
almonds and chocolate thinly
chopped with food-processor (or melt chocolate in a bain-marie), pour
the Strega liquor and add egg whites beated until soft peaks form. Place
the mixing in a cake tin (or a baking pan) previously greased with
melted butter or flour and bake for 45 minutes oven to 150° C.
