OCTOPUS WITH POTATOES

Ingredients for 4 people:

-1 kg of octopus 
-1 kg of potatoes 
-2 cloves of chopped garlic 
-a piece of onion 
-red chilli pepper 
-parsley 
-6 spoons of olive oil 
-salt 
-4 little tomatoes 
-1/2 glass of white wine

 

Preparation:

Put the garlic, the olive oil, the onion and the chilli pepper in a pot and let them brown. Add the octopus, let it brown for a while, then add the half glass of white wine. Add 4 little tomatoes, some water and cook for 15 minutes. Add the potatoes cut into pieces, cover all the ingredients with water and finish the cooking.
