Since
the post war period, the history of caprese building trade has
always been linked, in some ways, to the Porta family. The
company was founded in the 70s as a result of Costanzo
Porta’s consolidated experience in the building field,
through decades of important achievements. Costanzo handed on
his son Gaetano (called Nino) his profound knowledge of
technical aspects, both technological and operating, but most
of all his deep passion for this field. Thanks to his accurate
and faultless commitment, Gaetano allowed the company to grow
and assert itself for the qualitative features of the range of
products offered. The second generation of the Porta turned
out to be the pulling engine that let the company achieve the
qualitative improvement it deserved, thus ending up playing a
leading role in the island building trade.
Since
its foundation, Porta Buildings’ main goal has been to offer
its customers the highest professionalism, in order to build
structures which, even preserving the typical caprese style,
